ARMANDO ZACARIAS

Armando Zacarias (Ptr. Mando) is the founding pastor of Word Christian Fellowship International and is currently serving as the Regional Director of WIN USA, overseeing some twenty churches in America.

During the spiritual revival of the 80’s in the Philippines, he was one of many who answered God’s call to become a full-time minister of the gospel. Five years after he got born again in Saudi Arabia, he decided to resign from his job at PNOC EDC and enroll at the Asian Theological Seminary. After several years, he completed his Master of Divinity degree while pastoring Word International Ministries in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

When their second child was born, he was diagnosed with autism. In search for support services for their son, the Lord opened a door of opportunity for them to migrate to the United States. So in 1999, they packed their bags and moved to America. Two years later, God would plant a church in Princeton, New Jersey through the efforts of a handful of families. WIN NJ was born.

In 2010, this group of believers would purchase a property in Hopewell, NJ from the American Legion organization under the corporate name Word Christian Fellowship Int'l. (WCFI). Ptr. Mando would later hand over the lead pastoral role to Ptr. Edwin Hernandez in 2014.

Ptr. Mando is married to Cecille Zacarias and has two children, Megan and Joshua. Mando and Ces just celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary last July, 2025.
